Cameron TS #15
For
the final time, I met with Mohammad on March 3rd. He told me he was working on getting moved
up from 1B to the 2nd level, which I was really excited for. I asked him if he
had a preference on which test he would prefer when he was ready to take one.
He believed the IELTS was the easier of the two, which seems to be common
knowledge throughout the Hecht House. Since I had already prepared an
irregular verbs list for Diana, my other tutee, I printed him out one and went
over the words like I did with Diana. Occasionally, if he didn’t understand a
word or my phrasing, he would have to use his translator and write the Arabic
word next to it. At the end of our session, I let him know that I was more than
willing to continue tutoring him throughout the semester if he need any assistance.
