Shani TS #8

Just as we said we were going to do last time, today Susan and I went over the brochure she made. The purpose of this assignment was for her to use as many modals as she could. I read through her brochure and marked it for fluency the first time. Although she has been improving at getting her point across, there were still some areas in which she struggled. Then, I gave her the opportunity to correct it and ask questions. The second time I read through it, I marked her work for grammar using the symbols we learned about in class. I then gave it back to her for her to correct, and she had the opportunity to ask me questions when she didn't know how to correct some of the errors. I noticed she has a lot of trouble with her prepositions, so that's something I definitely want to work on with her in the future.
