Shani TS#6

Today, Susan brought me Colombian cake to taste. It was delicious! She tells me a lot about what it's like in her country, and I find learning about her life back home to be very interesting. Today, we worked a lot on Susan's grammar. We focused on identifying adjectives, adverbs, and modals. I used a worksheet to assess her level of understanding. We then went over it together and talked about why her answers were correct or incorrect. After that, I wrote out sample sentences for her and had her identify the adjectives and adverbs in the sentence. She has been improving a lot and I think she has a better understanding of sentence structures!
