Taylor TS #12

On Wednesday 3/7 I met with Mohammed at Starbs. Sometimes it is awkward when I tutor him because I think he miiight have a slight crush on me and is still shy about trying to use English at this stage of his language learning, but I always make sure to be encouraging and patient. Today we went over some online grammar worksheets that deal with verb tenses because I notice he always says things like "We are go to San Diego" or "I go to the Arab market for this". I try not to call him out every time because I do not want to make him feel discouraged. I also again stressed the importance of using flash cards to learn vocabulary! Maybe he will actually do it. I'm going to bring him some tomorrow.
